My offerings provide you with holistic guidance and education by weaving together extensive training & education, lived experiences 
and wisdom shared in connection with others.
  My inclusive work is rooted in community with individuals, couples, friends and in groups in either English or Spanish.

When I’m relaxing,
 you’ll likely find me dancing to experimental rhythms; 
shaping clay between my fingers; painting with wild color; tending to my garden; wandering a trail with my pups or sharing joy!

My care includes the following wisdom, experiences and training:

* 30 years working in social services, group facilitation and academic advising.

* 25 years of Reiki master level III

*15 years of massage experience & coaching with art/wellness/business development

*A lifetime of cultural experiences with family, travel, and being.

In learning and creating, we rediscover our confidence,
 our curiosity and our wholeness.
I believe in the healing power of art, energy and holistic guidance. These are live expressions that arise from deep within.

offering a truth that words may not carry.
The space that I hold for you opens up new conversations that are symbolic and sacred.
